Well okay hello random people, get some free art if you hit the kiribian. \o/

(You can also just leave requests in my inbox, sometimes it hits my fancy to draw for people.)

I'd like to think I know how to be a responsible adult but the more I hang around these friends the more evidence accumulates to the contrary.

I'm a 21-year-old UC Davis student from Los Angeles studying Computer Science. I like drawing art for friends and OCT's. My style tends to change every picture, but I'm pretty strong at emulating other people's styles. My music interests usually fall solidly into video game OSTs and indie rock bands. Don't watch much anime these days but gosh did I love Fullmetal Alchemist when I was in higschool....

People seem to like my Simile journal a lot.

CURRENT QUEUE OF THINGS TO DO:

Sorry about that, I ended up having to explain to a lot of people what the holiday is.  I made the bad assumption that either a lot of people know the Japanese culture enough to know what this holiday or live in a Japanese influential area like where I live where everyone knows.  That's a bad assumption, again.

"Hinamatsuri" is the accurate term/holiday name in Japan, but locally, everyone calls it "Girl's Day."  Perhaps because there aren't as many families that traditionally display the dolls as there are in Japan.  It's still a holiday where girls are regarded to have their nice day simultaneously though, hence the Americanized/English name for the holiday.  "There's a Boy's Day" too, which is on May 5th.

You're honestly too good for me, fishy-kun!  Finally got around to finding you (and congratulations for being in my idol list shown on my profile)!

I've pretty much seen you everywhere, so please forgive me for my goldfish memory of having forgotten to watch you sooner. I could say a lot of words to idolize you, but just to be a little bit more prompt, please continue to produce great work.

Don't mind me too much as your new watcher.  Just be careful that I'm prone to LENGTHY comments.  Otherwise, please have a good day!

I always like to joke around that lengthy comments will be the main thing I'm going to be remembered for, if at all.  :dummy:

More power to you, though.  Some of those comments will now be directed to you and your art!
