Guy's mental illness involves hallucination, speech impairment, and selective amnesia hahahah :'D. He's used to seeing strange things, but will try to figure out if it's real if it's the first time he sees it. Specifically he has expressive aphasia, or Brocca's aphasia, which allows him to understand people fine but not the other way around. Because of this he often keeps to himself and goes off to do his own thing.

It doesn't matter what type of gun he uses; whatever bullet shoots from the gun in his hand will bounce off hidden walls until they ricochet towards the target. The more bounces, the less impact of the bullet, so theoretically he could minimize the bullet's damage to nothing worse than a rubber bullet if could ever control the bouncing hahahaha.

For the Sanctum storyline, William True is actually a long-forgotten NPC with a funky AI made from a booted developer. He's full of glitches but HEY MAYBE THEY'LL USE HIM FOR TOURNAMENT PURPOSES. -shot-
